Owned by New York Department of Agriculture, the Taste of New York began to establish a series of Welcome Centers along the highway in 2014. The retail concept provides a local market venue for New York farmers and merchants to sell their goods. After designing the prototype store, we developed the brand design guidelines, specifying lighting, millwork, finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment. Today there are over 70 retail locations in every region of New York, including 10 Welcome Centers.
